1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

During high-demand periods (product drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support!


2. Shipping Times & Rates

Domestic Shipping (USA):

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping:

- We ship worldwide!

- Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs.

- International rates are calculated at checkout.

- Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Shipping Issues

NenSoul is not responsible for:

- Delays caused by the carrier

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Then email us at shopnensoul@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


5. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize there's a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately at shopnensoul@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for delivery failures due to incorrect info.


6. Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

If an item is marked pre-order or made-to-order, extended processing and shipping times will apply. These timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
